Chilean businessman Christian Sufan was victim to a snatch kidnapping on Tuesday night in Barranco.
Three armed men intercepted him as he left a restaurant on the Costa Verde. Hours later he was abandoned in a street in La Victoria. The criminals took his SUV (license plate CIZ-022), two laptops, two cell phones and other belongings.
