Congress party photoshopper sanctioned

“Congressman Carlos Torres Caro was sanctioned by unanimous agreement… for having misused photographs that were gravely prejudicial to the National Parliament,” said congressman Javier Velásquez Quesquén in a statement to the press.

According to the APRA politician, Torres Cabo should be made state photographer and not chairman of Congress, for having lied and ended up in a tangle on contradictions.

Velásquez Quesquén expressed dismay that Torres Caro had given a false destiny to the pictures that he took during a celebration at a restaurant in Brazil, as if they had been put forward in their original, undoctored form there would have been no scandal.
